Yes! All our rental services include a professional and experienced driver who knows Batam well.

 

Currently, we only provide rentals with a driver to ensure safety, convenience, and compliance with local regulations.

 

Our Batam City Tour includes:

  • Transportation with a driver
  • Pickup & drop-off at your hotel or ferry terminal
  • Visits to top attractions (Barelang Bridge, Nagoya Hill, etc.)
  • Fuel and parking fees (depends on the package)

Absolutely! We offer customized tour packages where you can choose the destinations and schedule that best suit your needs.

We accept:

  • Cash payment to the driver.
  • Bank transfer (BCA, Mandiri, etc.).
  • Digital payments (QRIS, GoPay, OVO, etc.)

Yes, our cancellation policy is:

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the booking date.
  • 50% refund for cancellations within 12 hours.
  • No refund for last-minute cancellations (under 6 hours).
